(1) The warranty starts the day the certified vehicle is sold and is administered by a third party: Associates Underwriting Limited, LLC. Roadside assistance and towing benefits are included for the duration of the warranty based on vehicle mileage and age qualifications, either 24 or 48 months and up to 125,000 miles on the odometer.

Kelley Blue Book does not qualify, inspect, or certify any individual vehicles being offered or sold through the Kelley Blue Book® Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program. Instead, Manheim Retail Services or the Participating Dealer is responsible for the qualification, inspection and certification of the vehicles with the Kelley Blue Book Certified Pre-Owned badge. UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THE PARTICIPATING DEALER OR THE VEHICLE’S MANUFACTURER, THE POWERTRAIN LIMITED WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIONARY WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED FOR THE KELLEY BLUE BOOK CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE. NEITHER KELLEY BLUE BOOK NOR ITS AFFILIATES MAKE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY – EITHER EXPRESSLY OR IMPLIEDLY – ON ANY VEHICLES OFFERED OR SOLD BY ANY PARTICIPATING DEALER. The warranty is subordinate to the manufacturer’s warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty. Losses covered by the manufacturer’s warranty are not covered under the Kelley Blue Book Certified Pre-Owned warranty, nor are losses covered by any other warranty or service contract issued for the vehicle by another administrator, dealer or repair facility.

(2) Kelley Blue Book Vehicles with fewer than 80,000 miles and less than 5 years old (from the Original In-Service Date^* or registration date, whichever comes first).

(3) Kelley Blue Book Certified Pre-Owned vehicles with less than 110,000 miles AND less than 10 years old (from the Original In-Service Date^* or registration date, whichever comes first).

* “Original In-Service Date” means the date the Manufacturer’s Warranty for the vehicle began (as determined by the manufacturer’s records) or the original record of sale/original DMV registration date (as noted on the vehicle history report, e.g.:AutoCheck or Carfax.
